| Syd Mead accepted the engagement to do all of the renderings for the ICH San Antonio Hotel |
Mr. Syd Mead and Mr. Neal Prince have been friends for
many years. Syd was asked by Mr. Prince to complete all of the renderings of the proposed designs for the new restaurants
for the St. Anthony Inter-Continental Hotel in San Antonio, Texas in 1980 and for the Inter-Continental New Orleans Hotel
Restaurant, in Louisiana in 1981. The Trust has retained and currently holds these renderings by Mr. Mead. To further
